MOVIE:  Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

NUTSHELL:  The Ministry of Magic is all up in Harry’s business and vilifying him and Dumbledore officially and in the press for saying He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Nosed is back. After the government also starts interfering at Hogwarts school, Harry, Ron and Hermone start a club to learn to fight back at the Ministry, Voldemort. and his growing number of followers.

GOOD THINGS:  Ladies and Gentlmen, introducting Book Ron, Book Neville, Luna Lovegood, Tonks and Kingsley Shacklebolt.

BAD THINGS:  Jason Issacs we love you but you are all campy in this and I hated it. Even in a crazy wizardy movie, actors should try to show a little restraint – I am looking at you Helena Bonham Carter.

FEATURES:  More Mark Williams, at least some Prof. Lupin, a shocking number of things true to the books? Aw, you shouldn’t have!

UNCOMFORTABLE MOMENTS:  As in the book, there are parts so dark and upsetting but what can you do?

NOTABLE:  Contains 100% more Dawlish.

BEST PART:  Everyone’s matching striped outfits – not sure what that’s about but it cracked me up every time.

BEST LINE:  That’s likely.

CROWNS:  4 out of 5
